You may now record your audio conference and have it available for replay 24/7 for up to 30 days!

 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS!

To record your conference call:

1. After entering your conference as a Moderator you can press ** to go to the options menu.
2. From the options menu press *2 to record. Then press 1 and the recording will begin.
3. To stop the recording, press*2 again then press 1 to stop the recording.
4. It is important that if you want to start your recording over once it has started you will need to press *2 then 1 to stop the recording and then repeat the recording steps 1 – 3 again to  override the LAST recording.
5. If you do not want anyone to have access to your previously recorded call, we suggest you record 15 seconds of dead air.

  

For participants to listen to your recording:

1. Dial 218.936.1005.
2. Enter the Conference ID that was used to record the call.
3. The last call that was recorded will begin to play immediately. Only the last recorded call will be replayed. We are not able to archive multiple recordings at this time.
4. To increase volume on replay line press #(pound) or *(star) to decrease volume .
